It’s Time to Create the Leaders of Tomorrow!

Here at The Vessel we believe in the power of education. We are in the early stages of development with this program that intends to provide outside of school mentoring and tutoring services to our area’s. In order to best serve our kids, we are seeking the input of teachers, advisors, counselors, or administrators within AISD, CISD, and RRISD. We are currently hoping to build relationships with partners, advisors, funders, and of course - practitioners of the noble art of teaching, to join in our efforts to build the leaders of tomorrow today!

The Vessel of Humanity and Compassion strives to uplift every person who finds themselves disenfranchised within their community. Our foundation promotes the strengthening of communities by providing the vital components of life: food, clothing, access to education, and community.

Our Work.

  • Community Projects

It is often said that “The whole is greater than the sum of its parts.” This principle maintains that an equitable society should consider the “whole” before (or at least in parallel with) the perception of each of its individual parts. Simply stated, we do things better with a team. Together, everyone achieves more.

  • Youth Projects

Every kid deserves the best chance at success, and we strive to send them back to school with everything they need. We strive to provide every child with the school supplies, haircuts, jackets, and nutrition they need to return from each break from school prepared and excited to learn.

  • Get Involved

We can do so much more together. If you would like to help with an upcoming event please fill out the form below. Your help can, will, and does make a difference. Whether you want to make a donation or get your hands dirty, it has ALWAYS been about WE. You can help in so many ways.

Tremaine Brown 2023 Man of the Year.

“Tremaine is the epitome of a community leader. He ensures that everyone in the city is taken care of. His heart extends past any building or city limits. He dreams of the impossible and makes it happen. If we had a community of Tremaines, change would be inevitable. We should do all we can to support his vision, work, and heart." — Melodie Graves, Community Leader and President of the Amarillo NAACP

Michael Cuviello, Amarillo Globe-News

“It's so important for us to ensure that our children are fed during this time out of school,” Brown said. “We are committed to making every effort to ensure that our children have the necessary nutrition during spring break. We could not do what we do without the support of my volunteers and the community.” -Tremaine Brown
