Shi Lee’s BBQ and Soul Food and The Vessel are gearing up to host our seventh Citywide Easter Egg Hunt Sunday afternoon at Bones Hooks Park! All of these Easter festivities are made available to our community for free thanks to the incredible generosity of our sponsors and supporters!

Community members are all encouraged to come out to the park. We only let the children participate in the Easter Egg Hunt, we hope you understand. Kids will be able to find eggs filled with candy, as well as eggs filled with incredible surprises like tickets good for a donated toy, which includes scooters, bikes, hoverboards, and skates.

We will be serving up a free lunch on Easter at the park from 1:00 pm until the food runs out!

Shi Lee's BBQ and Soul Food & The Vessel of Humanity and Compassion would like to invite everyone out for a day of family fun, games and togetherness! Each year our wonderful citizens donate hundreds, even thousands of brand-new winter coats, hats, gloves, and hoodies for the children of Amarillo and surrounding area. Come out and join in on the fun, and if your kids need winter coats, we'll have them for the taking.

Friend of the Vessel Blanca Masias came up with this idea 7 years ago, and we've been having a blast ever since. It's always been the last Saturday in July. Lots of family love, fun, and food! If you'd like contribute to the festivities, we are taking donations at Shi Lee's BBQ and Soul Food (1213 SW 3rd). Accepting rapid fill water balloons, water guns, water toys, or outside games. ABSOLUTELY NO SINGLE FILL BALLOONS! Thanks for all the love and support!
